Butterfly Project: Plant Butterfly nectar plants at Pacific Grove High School T.A.S.K. Community Garden

Time: 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

On-Going Project: We are building a Social Emotional Community Garden that feeds the souls of participants as they discover the gifts and goodness they have to offer to the community and the world around us while growing more than just a garden.

Next Garden Workday: Saturday, December 10, 2022 - 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Holiday gift giving: 1) We will be making donations to the following programs:
1) Monterey County Homeless Youth
2) Gathering for Women Homeless Shelter
3) CASA of Monterey County

On-going Educational - Interactive programs - Three phases:
Phase I - T.A.S.K. Travel team:
"Connecting hearts and communities"
Year-long Community Program with students and adults learning the "gift of receiving as you give", with an opportunity to travel abroad.
Phase II - T.A.S.K. Tuesday School lunch club
"Raise the Bar, Raise the Awareness"
High School lunchtime club - doing local and international projects without traveling abroad.
Phase III - Tiny T.A.S.K. - Elementary School level -
"No TASK too tiny to make a BIG difference"
work side by side with high school "buddies" doing community projects.

We start our study sessions in August of each year to prepare for the trip of a life time.
This CULTURAL EXPERIENCE will be life changing for every participant attending and the children of Nicaragua will forever be a part of our hearts. Life lessons that can only be achieved by such a journey.
Together with The Rotary Club of Monterey Pacific, MAGIC HAPPENS!
This program gives students and adults alike, the opportunity to travel to Nicaragua to help in a way that will change the lives of many to include your own.
We work hands on to improve their living conditions and their overall quality of life.
The experiences we receive and memories created, make a difference in our own lives as well as all the souls connected there.

Our home base is on the campus of PACIFIC GROVE HIGH SCHOOL in Pacific Grove , CA.
This school and community has blessed our program with TERRIFIC AWESOME SENSATIONAL KIDS and adults giving of themselves to MAKE A DIFFERENCE in the world!
